This is a fix for the below error some users may get on IE browsers. If you are seeing the below error, try the following instructions to fix the issue.
Open your Internet Explorer by clicking on the Windows Logo, typing "iexplore" and clicking on the Internet Explorer app.
Click on the Settings gear on the top right and select "Internet options" at the bottom of the page.
From there go to the "Security" tab and make sure that "Enable Protected Mode" is ticked. Select OK.
After this is done, close Internet Explorer and restart Microsoft Word. You should now be able to open AuthorDOCS.
