Concept & Detail Alerts
These alert you to legal Concepts and Details that the AI has been pre-trained on.
You can be notified when these are found or missing and when Detail values (such as governing law and contract terms) are incorrect.
In the example below, the Dispute Venue did not match Texas.
Language Alert within a Concept:
This looks for key language within a particular Concept or clause.
The orange text inside your document indicates where the language has been found.
This is defined using a search string.
In the example below, the Assignment and Novation Clause contained language for written consent by using the search: Written (consent OR approval).
Document-level Alerts:
These start with “The document matches…[language]”.
These look for clauses anywhere in the contract that contains key language.
It is useful when there is specific language you need to identify or where a matching AI Concept is not yet available.
