At this time authorAPPROVE is only able to review Microsoft Word .docx or PDF documents. If you are trying to review another format, try converting to PDF or Microsoft word .docx and trying again. If you are trying to review a Microsoft Word .doc file try re-saving as .docx.
If your contract has not arrived in your inbox and you have not received an error email try checking your spam folder.
