You should now be at the Home Screen.
You will be presented with 2 options. You can:
Create a Blank Checklist – To start working straight away, taking notes without any AI or Playbook assistance. Things you can do include:
- Taking notes using Groups and Issues
- Adding people mentions to collaborate with others
- Taking advantage of the Definitions and Highlights
- Taking advantage of the Clause Library
Use an AI assisted Checklist Template – Start using your AI assisted Playbooks to standardise your workflow. Additional features include:
- Get prefilled notes and issues based on your Playbooks and the contract you are reviewing
- Use AI to automatically Alert, Suggest or even Redline things for you, speeding up and making your Review process easier
- Get access to your Playbook’s fallback positions based on certain conditions and quickly replace or insert whole clauses based on your standard language
